Senior Pastor Michael Roberts

Pastor Mike's PortraitI rededicated my life to Christ in December 1990. Less than 45 days later, I met my wife Cevie, in a Systematic Theology class in Los Angeles. We were married in July that same year.

The following year, (1992), I began an MDiv Program at the Menlo Park , California campus of Fuller Theological Seminary.

In April 1996 The Coca-Cola Company, (I have since retired), sent us to the Middle East, where Pastor Cevie and I established residence in the country of Bahrain . During this 4 ½ year international assignment I took a leave of absence from Fuller Seminary.

While in Bahrain, the Lord gave me the awesome responsibility of becoming Senior Pastor of the Gospel Congregation at the 5th Fleet Headquarters of the U. S. Navy. My Bahrain Pastorate also provided me the opportunity to complete the Field Study requirement of my MDiv. In obedience to the Lord, Pastor Cevie became Co-Pastor of that congregation and head of the Women's Ministry. Together, Pastor Cevie and I accomplished a great deal for the Lord while we were posted in the Middle East.

The Holy Spirit has also given me a burden for International Missions, which I am pursuing with several churches and ministries in Zambia and Europe through Pastors Hope Ministries and The Arabian Peninsula Partnership.

The core families of the King Of Kings Bible Church congregation studied together in our home on Tuesday nights for over 3 years as a Bible Study fellowship.

However, in December 2004, the Holy Spirit instructed Pastor Cevie and I to plant King Of Kings Bible Church. Pastor Cevie and I eagerly followed God’s instruction and King of Kings Bible Church is located in the heart of Frisco, Texas at 6201 Technology Drive, Suites 111 & 112.

Pastor Cevie and I are extremely excited to shepherd God's people. And we are humbled to be called by God to serve as Senior Pastors of King of Kings Bible Church!

Personal Foundation Scripture | Jeremiah 17:7-8

7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
